Why does the transaction verification take so long?

The transaction verification process may take some time due to several factors:   Security and fraud prevention – Every transaction undergoes a security check to ensure compliance with safety regulations and prevent unauthorized operations.   Payment system processing – Bank transfers, e-wallets, and other withdrawal methods may have their own processing times.   System load – During periods of high activity, processing times may increase.   Transaction amount – Larger amounts may require additional verification in accordance with the platform’s internal policies.

Can I cancel the deal?

Yes, the seller can cancel the deal at any time. However, in this case, the full amount will be refunded to the buyer. If you need a partial refund, please contact our support team.
